Feeling Stressed?
Feeling stressed? Take sometime our of your busy day o revamp yoursled. Girls ~pamper yourself. Get a pedicure or sink to your neck in a bubble bath. Boys ~ clear your mind just hanging with the guys and playing some video games or working out. Clearing your mind for awhile will help you focus and get motivated to get your work load done. No time to clear your head? Take little breaks after each project, assignments or chapters. Overdoing yourself will only make things worse. Just remember- you are only human and can only do so much in one day, pase yourself!
