Overwhelmed?
Feeling Stressed?
Feeling stressed? Take sometime our of your busy day o revamp yoursled. Girls ~pamper yourself. Get a pedicure or sink to your neck in a bubble bath. Boys ~ clear your mind just hanging with the guys and playing some video games or working out. Clearing your mind for awhile will help you focus and get motivated to get your work load done. No time to clear your head? Take little breaks after each project, assignments or chapters. Overdoing yourself will only make things worse. Just remember- you are only human and can only do so much in one day, pase yourself!

Feeling Down?
Feeling down? Are others getting to you? Why do you let them matter? If you really mattered to them and they cared about you as much as you do them they wouldn't make you feel thats way. Are they very important to you? Let them know what you are feeling. Not a single person in the world matters to you as much as yourself. Their opinions are theirs and yours are yours, so why do theirs matter? Push those opinions aside and focus on your own. You are your own person and that is who you should be focused on. If you are unhappy with something or yourself, change it. It's your life only you can control it. You deserve to be happy. Put yourself first. It's your happiness that is on the line, don't let others get in your way. Change your life for you, not for anyone else.
